DOES HANALEI PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
We are a BYO service we do not have a liquor license, therefore you supply the Alcohol and we will do everything else. Our Bar staff are fully RSA certified with certificates and we do recommend chilling the drinks at least 1 hour prior to our arrival for set up.
WHAT DRINKS DO WE SERVE?
We can literally serve anything you request. From Beer, Cider, Wine, Champagne, Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Also we have over 10years experience in the Hospitality industry so happy to help create or recommend the perfect menu/drinks for you and your guests.
DOES HANALEI NEED POWER?
Yes we require power for our fridges and lights. Hanalei can be self sufficient by running our super quiet generator which is available for an additional cost.
HOW FAR DO WE TRAVEL?
We service Byron, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast and surrounding Areas. We LOVE to travel and go on adventures so if you are not in these areas reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
DO WE HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY?
WHERE IS HANALEI BASED?
We are based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and when we are not gallivanting around we set up a little coffee shop in Buderim.
WHAT SIZE IS HANALEI?
The dimensions are 6.3m Length x 2.6 Height x 2.35 Width.
HOW DO WE BOOK HANALEI FOR OUR EVENT?
Once we have discussed all the details and you are happy with the quote we will then send you an invoice for deposit. To secure your booking we require deposit of 20% the remainder will be due 7 days prior to the event.
*Please note: 20% Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, We Do one event per day and Once we confirm your booking we will not take any other requests for that date.

DO WE PROVIDE GLASSWARE?
We do not provide glassware. We will hire this for you at your request, $2pp for standard glassware package including wine and flutes.
WHAT DO THE STAFF DO?
Our staff are here to help! They will bring Hanalei into the venue, park her where she needs to be, set up the styling, and be ready to serve your guests when the time is right! We also roam around and pick up empty bottles and glasses throughout the event…that is when we get a break in serving drinks ;)
